The fair runs in spring and autumn, and the city fills up around it. Rooms, cars and evenings are all easier to arrange before you land than after.
01 / GETTING IN
From the airport to where you need to be.
Send us your flight number and we will arrange the ride. Tell us if you are landing late, and we will plan for it.
02 / WHERE TO STAY
Staying close to the halls.
During the fair the useful rooms go early, and not everything that looks close actually is. Tell us which halls you need and how long you are staying, and we will come back with what we can find.
03 / THE HOURS THE FAIR IS CLOSED
The evenings are the part people waste.
Dinner, an evening on the river, a short walk through the old city. Small things, but they are the part of the trip you will remember, and they need booking rather than improvising.
04 / IF SOMEONE CAME WITH YOU
They don't have to wait for you.
We plan their day separately, so it runs while you are at the halls.
05 / AFTER THE FAIR CLOSES
A day or two before you fly home.
Once the halls shut, there is usually a window before your flight. It is enough for a day out of the city if it is planned in advance.
When should I get in touch?
Before you book your flights if possible. Fair weeks are the busiest time in the city, and the useful arrangements are the ones made early.
Can you help if I am only here for a few days?
Yes. Short trips are exactly the kind we plan for — the shorter the trip, the more the arrangements matter.
We are coming as a group. Can you handle that?
Yes. Tell us how many of you there are, and whether you are travelling together the whole time or splitting up during the day.
